Sealed with a Kiss is the eighth and final episode of Season 2 of the Netflix series XO, Kitty and the eighteenth overall. It aired on January 16, 2025.

Synopsis[]

Dreams hang in the balance as Stella's concert plan comes together. With emotions running high, will Kitty reveal her feelings before the semester ends?

Plot[]

Kitty prepares to finish her last semester at K.I.S.S. She is thrilled to have reconnected with her Korean family and is determined to reunite her grandmother with her estranged sister. With the help of her sister Margot, her grandmother decides to set aside her grudges and fly to Seoul. Kitty’s cousin Ji-won also convinces her grandmother to reconcile.

Jin becomes more supportive of Q, who got into USC’s summer track program. Though Jin is unable to compete in the regionals due to his leg injury, he finds peace in letting go of a dream he had pursued solely to meet his family’s expectations. He realizes it was never truly his dream, and Q is relieved to see him finding happiness in other ways.

Min Ho, after learning the full truth about Stella, begins acting strangely as she threatens to frame Kitty for the Moonleak scandal and expose Joon-ho’s relationship with his backup dancer. He pulls away from his friends, causing concern among the group. On the day of the big concert, Kitty realizes Min Ho is cornered by Stella’s manipulation. Encouraging him to stand up to his father, Kitty helps Min Ho find the courage to reveal everything.

Joon-ho also decides to stand up for his relationship with his backup dancer, Eun Ji, confessing his love for her publicly. Kitty alerts the group, and they rally to help Min Ho while also supporting Dae when Stella tries to sabotage his performance. Together, they foil Stella’s plans to ruin the concert and the other competitors’ performances. Eunice manages to perform successfully despite Stella’s meddling, and Joon-ho’s public confession undermines Stella’s remaining leverage. Stella is ultimately arrested, confessing that she had feelings for Min Ho but prioritized her revenge.

With everyone working together, the Moon family’s legacy is preserved. Eunice is crowned the contest winner, and Dae is genuinely happy for her. Later, Dae’s dad informs him that the lawsuit against Yuri’s father has changed their financial situation for the better.

Juliana starts dating Praveena after they connected at the school dance. However, she and Yuri agree to remain friends. Later, Yuri finds out that her father is being sued in a class-action lawsuit, which results in his assets being frozen and consequently her credit cards.

Min Ho steps up to save the day again by arranging for a private jet to get Margot and Kitty's grandmother after their flight is canceled, ensuring they can attend the family reunion.

Two weeks later, Kitty gets a heritage scholarship for the next year and decides she wants to stay at K.I.S.S. Although Q realizes a connection between Kitty and Min Ho since he saved her family and she saved his too, Kitty questions if he still feels the same way after what Stella did to him.

When Kitty approaches Min Ho at the sculpture garden, he reveals that he’s temporarily done with relationships and plans to leave for Joon-ho’s summer tour. Kitty tells Min Ho she's coming back next year, which he is happy to hear. As Min Ho prepares to leave, they share a heartfelt goodbye hug. It seems like they might kiss, but they don’t. Since it's not their time yet, or maybe, Kitty asks Min Ho if she can join him, and he signals a nod.
